1New bikes go through a normal break-in period, after which they should be readjusted. All bicycles sold at REI include free adjustments for one year after purchase date—as many times as you need. Members get two total years on e-bikes. Free adjustments are labor only and include: aligning the brake pads for accurate braking, tensioning the spokes so the wheels spin straight, adjusting the limit screws and cable tension to ensure crisp/accurate shifting, adjusting bearing tension to make the wheels spin smooth, plus chain lube and tire inflation, excluding installing replacement parts or accessories. Call your local REI Co-op Bike Shop for more information.
210% Co-op Member Reward is typical but not guaranteed. Your Co-op Member Reward is based on eligible net purchases, which exclude REI Outlet items, sale and clearance items, discounted items, used gear, REI classes or day trips, REI adventure travel, shipping charges, return labels, exchanges, memberships, passes/tickets, service fees (e.g., rentals, labor, shop services), gift cards, event registration fees, government agencies and sales tax.
