All bicycles sold at REI include free adjustments for one year after purchase date—as many times as you need. Members get two total years on e-bikes. Free adjustments are labor only and include: aligning the brake pads for accurate braking, tensioning the spokes so the wheels spin straight, adjusting the limit screws and cable tension to ensure crisp/accurate shifting, adjusting bearing tension to make the wheels spin smooth, plus chain lube and tire inflation, excluding installing replacement parts or accessories.
